Ab belts don&#039;t work, instead of buying it go to the, if you register there are great free videos, exercise tips to get smaller thigh in no time. Pilates exercises are great too.</description>

They work in a way, but the results are often temperary. What those ab belts often claim, is that they&#039;ll burn fat and give you that six pack.. This is not the case.
What those belts are really doing is making your stomach sweat exesively, reliefing your body of toxins, this is a good thing. However, they will not remove fat from your body, just the water/toxins. You will become dehydrated, just as you would after leaving a regular sauna. And when your body is dehydrated, or lacking nutrients it wants lots of them. Chances are you&#039;ll drink more and eat more than you should because of the dehydration.

As for thigh exerises, there is a variety of things you can do, i&#039;ll explain a few:

Running- If you are looking to shrink your thighs and reduce fat, running is cardio, and cardio IS effective.

Lunges- These tone your legs and are a great strength training exersise.

Stairclimber- If you are again looking to tone your legs, find a stairclimber at your local gym. If you don&#039;t have access to gym equipment, try finding some hills nearby and hike with some friends, if that isn&#039;t possible, use the stairs in your house.

If you google the exersises you should be able to find out how they are done if your a beginner. Good luck homeslice!

4 real tho you should get a balance ball they&#039;re fun and they target your abs and you don&#039;t realize it until later.
Squats, with or without weights are good for all the muscles in your legs at once. Its just squatting all the way down and standing up a bunch of times</description>
