does anyone know any inner thigh exercises?

My question is does anyone know any thigh and bum exercises that doesnt include squats or lunges becuase i have weak knees and those give me pains for days!

Squats and lunges really are some of the best exercises for your legs and butt. Both are compound exercises and will address more than just your inner thighs, so you will get the most out of your workout by utilizing these types of techniques.
Neither of these exercises should hurt your knees unless your knees are extending out past your feet. Try doing the exercise slowly, while also carefully watching the placement of your knees in relation to your feet, and make adjustments to your stance as needed. You may also want to try dumb bell step ups, and dead lifts, specifically straight leg deadlifts to address your bum and hamstrings. I’ve also included links for tutorials on both of these exercises in the source list.
