I am very tiny 5′1”, 95 pounds, but My thighs and butt could use a bit of toning up. What are the most effective butt and thigh exercises? also, what else could I do to tone my butt and thighs?
squats and lunges are definately the best exercises for buns and thighs.
try variations of these basic exercises too.. like sqat jumps.
a fun exercise too are bent leg lifts. bascially lay on your stomach arm bent, hands under your chin. bend your right leg at the knee to make a 90 degree angle. lift that leg as high as you can without altering the angle. repeat that 10 times per leg.
