What are thigh exercises that actually work?

Oh I’m almost 5′7″ and 120 lbs. I look fine on the outside but man… underneath… its a whole other story. Stretch marks don’t help either

I don’t exercise either if that helps lol. I guess I should…. How long do you think it will take to shape them up?
